Hawaiian-influenced brunch at āina, a spot in SF's Dogpatch neighborhood that has been open for less than a year. Hawaiian-born Chef Jordan Keao (formerly of 1* La Folie) essentially takes classic Hawaiian dishes and gives it a modern spin using local ingredients from the Bay Area as well as specially imported ingredients from Hawaii.
