Late night at Tempei, an institutional gyoza shop that opened in 1953 by Emiko Urakami. This is the place that invented the one-bite gyoza that many other spots in Osaka now imitate. Hundreds of thousands of dumplings and decades later, Tempei is still a local favorite for the salarymen. Light and crispy on the outside, bursting full of juicy flavor on the inside. ??
