After finally having Lucali's in Brooklyn, this is one of the best pizzas we’ve ever had in New York. Owner and Chef Mark Iacono is a genius! It's crazy because he had no culinary background or experience prior to opening Lucali's. He simply figured out how to make delicious pizza, and the rest is history. ?

At Lucali's, there are only 2 things on the menu - pizza and calzone. Nice and simple. At 5pm, hopeful diners wait anywhere from 2-4 hours. Unless you're Jay-Z or Beyonce (whom we saw entering the restaurant), the wait is inevitable. And totally worth it!
