What started as a curious visit 5 years ago has become an annual tradition. Every summer, we make it up to Willows Inn on Lummi Island (about 3 hours north of Seattle). For the 3rd year in a row, it’s been ranked #1 on the Top 100+ North American Restaurants List. In a sense, it’s America’s destination restaurant on a tiny island that takes time to reach, but worth every effort. And right now, it’s our favorite place to eat in the states.
