A really special treat at the end of the day to dine at Michael's Local Bistro (מיכאל ביסטרו מקומי‎) in the Liman moshav (village) in Western Galilee, close by the Lebanon border. It's far from bustling cities and a destination restaurant in Israel that that is completely full of happy diners. Chef Michael Gertofsky serves attentive food that changes with the season, based on local produce and strictly uses quality ingredients only. Everything was spectacular! Michael's is a must-visit for food lovers visiting Israel, despite the great length to get here.
