Fried and grilled okoze tail. Delicious. Okoze is one of the most venomous fish but if prepared properly, it is safe to eat! (Like fugu/blowfish) ?

Dinner at Sato (佐藤) in Fukuoka - the highest ranked kappo/kaiseki restaurant in the region on Tabelog. It's our second time here (last visit was in the Fall season 2015), so our menu is completely different than our previous visit. Overall, it is a very enjoyable experience with a considerably lower price point in comparison to similar restaurants in Kyoto and Tokyo. We even got to try Okoze (stonefish), one of the world's most dangerous fish whose 13 dorsal fins each contain a pair of venom sacs. Tasted delicious - we had it in sashimi form and fried "tail".
