We found the famous Cowboy Lady, who's the proprietor of Khao Kha Moo Chang Phueak. Every evening around 5pm, you'll find a lady in a cowboy hat chopping and pulling delicious pork leg. Due to her feature on Anthony Bourdain's 'Parts Unknown' Thailand episode, half of the patrons here are now tourists. This place was so delicious for their stewed pork leg with rice and pork rib soup. ?
