Always a pleasure to dine at Tickets, a modern gastronomic tapas bar by Albert Adrià. Many of the innovative bites plays homage to the legendary dishes that were once created at el Bulli. Not only is the cuisine creative and fun, but it's also tasty. Our only regret is not ordering more food; we tried about 40% of the entire available menu.

Tip: If you're in San Francisco, you can go have the awesome Tickets Cheesecake desert at In Situ (the restaurant inside SF MOMA that recreates dishes from famous restaurants around the world).
