When you land in Bangkok, the first thing you should do is seek out an authentic local spot for late night Thai food. Apparently, this is the place that locals (@puppup_foodguru) bring top chefs from all around the world for a taste of Bangkok. No English menus and no English is spoken here. Our friend asked if we could tolerate spicy food but we weren't sure of our own tolerance. We ended up with level 4-5 out of 10 and it was for sure enough spice. ??? Also learned to make spicy papaya salad. ? Food items: Papaya salad with blue crab | Duck innards | Grilled pork neck | Deep fried catfish. Flavors are out of this world. So in love with Thai food. ? ??
