Nearby the famous street cart Kuay Tiew Lord spot is a small store famous for their Hoi-Tod. Made-to-order with oysters, fried eggs, and rice flour. It's called หอยทอดชาวเล (Hoi-Tod Chaw-Lae). This place also has a big sign outside claiming they have the 5th best Pad Thai in the world (according to CNN). Comforting late night food.
