Hands down the BEST ramen that we've ever had for shoyu and shio broth. We are blown away every time we visit; the consistency over the years is unwavering. There's nothing quite like watching Shimazaki-san personally make your ramen bowl with his kung-fu like motions and exactness in toppings. ?
