A night of Yucatán flavors, tequila and mezcal at Casa Oui (@casaouibar) 🌵

Noche de Cantina en Casa brought Chef Carlos Aparicio (@jcarlosaparicio) to Casa Oui for a menu of Yucatán-inspired botanas paired with a tasting experience from Patrón (@patron) and Ilegal Mezcal (@ilegalmezcal)

The experience started with a flight of Patrón Silver, Patrón Cristalino and Ilegal Joven, followed by cocktails including a classic margarita, Oaxacan Old Fashioned and a Patrón Reposado Carajillo.

On the food side, the menu moved through dishes like kibis, panuchos, cochinita pibil, pescado tikinxic and more. Such a fun way to experience the flavors of the Yucatán alongside tequila and mezcal pairings.

Definitely one of the more unique dinner experiences I’ve been to in Philly lately.
