Baby’s Kusina (@babysphl) and Càphê Roasters (@capheroasters) came together for “Back to Our Roots”, a one-night-only dinner bringing Filipino and Vietnamese flavors together across five courses.

It started with a delicious street food platter, followed by mussels in Vietnamese corn sauce, càphê-chon, palabok crispy noodles, and a miso white chocolate mousse cake.
This was genuinely such a special experience, and I’m really happy I was here for this! ❤️
