After nearly a year of anticipation, I’m savoring the culinary creations of one of New York’s finest chefs @chef.cesarramirez once again. His newly opened namesake restaurant @cesar.newyork needs no introduction — it’s a masterpiece from the very start, evoking nostalgia for all the good old days.
Compared to before, the seasoning here is more restrained, letting the original flavors of each ingredient shine. For those familiar with his previous spot, the menu will feel like a welcome reunion with a few delightful surprises. The standout of the night for me was the tomato and burrata dish, a symphony of flavors and textures through various expressions that truly impressed.
There’s no question — the king is back, and this time, it promises to be even better than before.
