“GINAGINA” opened in Nishiazabu in July 2021 and specialises in sustainable wagyu of cows that have given birth🐄 I had the pleasure of tasting their “GINAGINA Course”, which features seven savoury and two desserts✨ The highlight was the “Hidaichi Wagyu Sirloin Steak” in the cover photo, prepared by slowly cooking the beef for 280 minutes🐃

Other standout dishes include the “Seasonal Salad” in the cover photo, served with 40 types of vegetables (each prepared differently to enhance its natural flavours), and the umami-rich “Chilled Corn Soup”💓 The owner is a working mother whose mission is to empower other women - she is currently offering a “Women’s Course” for just ¥12,000 per head, which includes 5 courses and a bottle of sparking wine👭

西麻布にある1日3組限定の隠れ家レストラン「GINAGINA（ジーナジーナ）🤫 オーナーの @manami_f.313 さんのフレンドリーなおもてなしがとても居心地良く、一緒にいるだけで笑顔になれる素敵な方です💕 経産和牛を再肥育した牛を提供するなど、SDGsへの取り組みも素晴らしく、色々と勉強になります📖 まずは温かい「岩崎さんの卵」からスタートし、「40種類の野菜」を様々な調理法で用意したサラダで腸を整えます💪

お店の名物である「黒毛経産和牛の赤身肉のステーキ」は愛情を込めて280分間じっくりと火入れした絶品🔥 和牛は霜降りのイメージが強いですが、今回頂いた経産牛再肥育の飛米牛は噛めば噛むほど旨味が溢れ出す、脂が少なめなサーロインでした💡 デートや接待、そして女子会まで、様々にシーンに最適な、貴重なベニューだと思います🌟
