Tucked away in the heart of Kaneohe, Oahu, “Adela’s Country Eatery” is a female-owned gem that adds a fresh twist to island comfort food🌈 Renowned for their Hawaiian Noodles, each variety is crafted in-house using Hawaii-grown produce, offering six unique flavours to choose from🏝️ Given the care put into every dish, it’s best to call ahead—orders typically take 45 minutes to an hour to prepare, as everything is made fresh from scratch⏳

A personal favourite is their Okinawan Purple Sweet Potato pasta with Garlic Butter and Portobello Mushroom, which perfectly balances the natural sweetness of the potatoes with a rich garlic butter sauce and hearty mushrooms🧈 The warm and inviting vibe, led by the owner herself, makes the pick-up experience all the more special - we will definitely be back the next time we are in Oahu✨
