Had a profoundly good meal at @restaurantkadeau in Copenhagen. Every single dish was excellent, and had something to say about the local products and ecosystem. Service was phenomenal. The room is comfortable and warm in a way that reminds me of a cross between Yakumo Saryo and Saison. Part II coming in the next post.
