3) FOIE MOUSSE TART – five spice foie mousse, tamarind onion jam
4) BANH CAM – sesame mochi, uni, caviar
5) CON SO TOM KHA – kombu cured scallops, tom kha vinaigrette, sate
6) GOI XOAI – green mango, herbs, lychee, pomelo, peanuts
7) CRAWFISH & NOODLES – temomi noodles, confit garlic miso, crab fat liaison, aromatic panko
8) TOM NUONG – grilled head on prawn, Thai basil & garlic butter, muoi ot xanh
9) CHE BA BA – coconut mousse, banana, tapioca, sweet potato, jack fruit sorbet
