Recommended bowl: Ginger is culture

This shop is a collaboration effort with two other ramen shops-- Kuwabara in Ikebukuro and Mannish in Kanda. The theme here is ginger, and each bowl contains at least five grams of fresh ginger sourced from Kochi prefecture. The soup is a clear chintan broth made using pork and katsuo, along with Camelia brand Dutch lard imported from Holland. Customers can choose between shoyu or shio tare.
