Recommended bowl: Shoyu abura

Another highly ranked branch of the famed Ramen Jiro. Tonkotsu-shoyu soup, thick cut noodles house-made on an Ebisu noodle machine. The 'abura' (pork fat) topping is recommended here as it is marinated in shoyu tare. When available the tsukemen is also a popular item.
