Dinner at Kanda Matsuya

Hand-made Soba institution since 1884! Kanda Matsuya with so many delicious options like Kamo Seiro Soba (Cold Soba with hot duck meat soup), Tempura Soba (Cold Soba served with Tempura on the side), and the classic Seiro Soba with with their signature soba served simply cold with a traditional dipping broth. Dont miss out on the Yuba (dried tofu skin) as well! It was so good!
