Incredibly fun @shakeshackph x @toyoeatery week! Met Shake Shack Head Chef and Culinary Director @mark_rosati after 9 years, enjoying his collab with 🇵🇭 legend @jordynavarra and the Toyo Team! Everything was fantastic!

Chicken and Cheek BBQ Burger – an extra crispy fried chicken sandwich topped with Toyo Eatery's Pork Jowl, BBQ Sauce, Atchara Papaya, Burong Mangga, Cucumber, and Aruy-uy.

Inasal Fries with Crispy Garlic Chips

Tsokolate at Tostadong Bigas Concrete – Frozen Chocolate Custard blended with Toasted Rice Pudding, Candied Palawan Cashews, and Cacao Nibs.
