Great to see chef @thomasgriese_01 back at @rn74seattle. He really went above and beyond yesterday with a killer caviar service and a surprise banana “tarte tatin”.
Textbook perfect French omelette, and an off-menu pork rillettes. Fantastic.
Risotto. Cuttlefish & ink, chorizo. Absolutely delicious, if not a little hard to photograph.
