Located in East Williamsburg, “Win Son Bakery” serves “inventive twists on Taiwanese classics for brunch & dinner”🇹🇼 This was our first time tasting Taiwanese-American cuisine, and we were absolutely blown away🤯 It was in fact our favourite spot in New York during our recent trip - we loved it so much that we visited four days in a row🙈

The cover photo is their popular “Fan Tuan”, which is a pork rice roll with egg and crispy deep-fried “youtiao” cruller that is only available between 9AM-3PM🍳 Swipe for their signature, the deliciously chewy “Millet Mochi Donut” that are made to order🔥 If you are able to make the trip down, make sure to also check out @seycoffee for their delicious espresso-based drinks☕️

ニューヨークの「East Williamsburg（イースト・ウィリアムズバーグ）」にある、台湾の伝統料理とアメリカのイノベーティブなタッチを合わせた「Win Son Bakery（ウィン・ソン・ベイカリー）」🥐 日本では中々味わえない独特なアジアンスタイルのベーカリーは今回の旅で最も感動したお店でした🥹

カバー写真の「Fan Tuan（ファン・トゥアン、飯糰）」は台湾のソウルフードおにぎり🍙 餅米の中にはカリカリな油条（ヨウティヤオ、中華揚げパン）、豚肉と卵が入っていて、甘辛な味付けがたまらなかったです🤤 お店のシグネチャーである「Millet Mochi Donut（餅ドーナッツ」は名前の通り、ドーナッツ生地にお餅を練り込んだ絶品💓 あまりの美味しさに、こちらの2品を求めて4日連続でリピートしてしまいました🙊
