Foodle Reviews
They have a tasting menu for 70 euros that looked interesting, but since I wasn't very hungry, I ordered à la carte.
Starters were smoked quail egg with chestnut and ham and a tartlet of minhota (Portuguese version of the Rubia Galega beef) with pickles. Main dish was sweetbreads with grapes and an hollandaise sauce with smoked eel. For dessert, mushrooms ice cream with caramel and crunchy barley. Everything was creative and really tasty.

“White asparagus, smoked eel and kumquat”, another delight from @antoniogalapito @prado_restaurante
Back @prado_restaurante last week for a long, lazy, delicious Sunday lunch. @antoniogalapito continues to excel at playing with raw/cooked, the hints of smoky flavor, the use of bread in the dishes, a bit of spicy here and there and simply highlighting seasonality
So good to come back to @prado_restaurante this weekend. @antoniogalapito is on top of his game. The times are harsh for restaurants, more constraints have just been mandated by the government for the coming weeks. Somehow places like this are still holding on and cooking really well, miraculously navigating the rising uncertainty. We’re fortunate to have them. The city will need them when we finally overcome this storm. In these pics, “Mussels, chard, coriander, bread”... More

Somehow places like this are still holding on and cooking really well, miraculously navigating the rising uncertainty. We’re fortunate to have them. The city will need them when we finally overcome this storm. In these pics, “Mussels, chard, coriander, bread” and “Mackerel toast, lard and caramelized onion”, but I could also mention the eel, the boletos with egg, the grouper with seaweeds, the razor clams... Less
A new dish not to miss @prado_restaurante “Sea bream from the Azores, orange, mizuna, and fermented white asparagus”.
