Rich Saga style tonkotsu soup made from broken pork bones releasing the marrow into the soup. The master here is the first apprentice of Ichiryūken, a legendary Saga shop that was open for 50 years before closing in 2016. For the authentic Ichiryūken taste, this is now the place to go. Open since 2017.
