This Chūka-style spot located in the Ishikawa countryside onsen area of Kaga has plenty of funk and character. The menu has plenty to choose from, including chūka soba, chashumen, omelet rice, and so on. The most popular menu items, however, come with the shop's signature shrimp topping, peeled and fried before being added.
