Fim de ano, altura para reflexões gastronómicas. Vamos lá falar então daquele que foi o melhor prato do ano - esta incrível “papada de porco cozinhada por 60h, ‘caramelo’ dos sucos, umas 10gr de caviar beluga”

É este um daqueles pratos que por si só faz valer a viagem a Cáceres, ao Atrio ⭐️⭐️, restaurante que recentemente foi notícia por ter visto a sua garrafeira (uma das melhores do mundo) assaltada, num enredo que daria um filme (1.7M€ em vinho).
