Nice surprise at the end: a special plating if a traditional Hungarian dessert: the ‘somlói galuska’ practically a triffle, a sponge cake with different creams, walnuts and rum raisins, this time served in a chocolate nutshell as seen at the 94th Academy Awards (Oscar) earlier this year.
