Dinner back in June at @casamiabristol . Plenty to love about this restaurant with the talented chef @zakhitchman bringing the fire and fun from Ynyshir to Bristol. Peter Sanchez-Iglesias restaurant has been vote by SquareMeal as the best UK restaurant outside London.
I would not be able to comment on this, but I think this place has an interesting history. A restaurant family Chef Peter and his brother got involved early into the family business and enjoyed. At one point they thought to strike out by themselves away from Bristol, with varied success. It led to them coming home and take over the family business, at this point a simple place.

Casamia is a swish-looking restaurant serving modern dishes in a newly furbished design (having made a moved from Westbury in early 2017). As at time of writing it is one of two Michelin starred restaurants in Bristol and I very much enjoyed the location, look and feel of this restaurant with the tables being afforded ample space between each other and views of the open kitchen. Such a move (to less covers than before) may explain the restaurant taking away its more affordable set menus for lunch... More
