Menya Itto in Bangkok 🍜! One of Tokyo’s consistently top-ranked ramen shops on Tabelog, and one of Japan’s best. Super enjoyed their signature Chashu Itto Tsukemen—cold dipping noodles served with a rich, condensed broth made from chicken, Japanese dried fish, sakura ebi, and fried Hokkaido scallops, all braised for over 18 hours. @menyaittobkk
