Recommended bowl: Popular miso spot

One of the premier destinations for miso ramen in Kanazawa, and conveniently located near the station. Before the bowl arrives, each customer is served a shot of fresh vegetable juice. As for the ramen: sweet, creamy miso-based soup, served with egg noodles that are similar to Hokkaido-style but a bit thicker. Topped with aosa seaweed, grated ginger and yuzu. The pork is beloved, and has a savory, almost smoky taste. This head shop has been open since 2012, but the Taiga brand now has a couple other outposts in the city.
