가겐은 쿠로기 출신의 원진희 셰프, 칸다 출신의 최현아 셰프가 운영하는 카이세키 오마카세 레스토랑으로 두 셰프의 합이 좋아 몸과 마음까지 따뜻해지는 온정이 있는 곳입니다. 겨울철 대게를 배부르게 즐길 수 있으며, 좋은 제철 원물에 탄탄한 코스 구성이 훌륭하다는 평입니다. 찜, 구이, 튀김, 국물 등 다양한 형태로 음식이 제공되며 음식의 양이 꽤 많아 식사 후 포만감을 느낄 수 있습니다. 맞이 인사부터 배웅까지 대접받는 기분이 드는 레스토랑입니다.

Gaggenは、くろぎにて修行したウォン・ジンヒシェフと、カンダで修行したチェ・ヒョナシェフが運営する懐石おまかせ店であり、両シェフのコラボレーションにより、体も心も温かい心遣いが感じられる場所。冬季にはたっぷりと蟹を楽しむことができ、良質な季節の食材で構成された堅実なコースが素晴らしいと評判。蒸し料理、焼き物、揚げ物、スープなど、さまざまな形で料理が提供され、食事後にはかなりの満腹感を感じることができる。挨拶からお見送りまで、おもてなしの気持ちを感じるレストラン。

Gaggen is a Kaiseki Omakase restaurant run by Chef Won Jin-hee from Kurogi and Chef Choi Hyun-ah from Kanda. Together, the two chefs offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant is known for its seasonal ingredients and solid course compositions, including a hearty winter snow crab feast. The food is served in a variety of forms, including steamed, grilled, fried, and broth. The large portions are sure to make you feel full after your meal. Customers receive exceptional treatment throughout their visit in the restaurant.
