“Chef Park Cheongdam Steakhouse” serves dry-aged porterhouse steak with mushrooms and grilled onions. The tenderloin part is grilled to medium rare to medium. The sirloin part is soft and chewy, while the meat is slightly greasy, but light and juicy. For an appetizer, customers are recommended to try the Caesar salad topped with fresh romaine, parmesan cheese powder, and crispy croutons. You can also enjoy the mac cheese, a combination of macaroni and bread crumbs, as a side dish.
