Light lunch at Beef Bar. Their Kobe beef jamón is nuts - ultra rich and decadent with a beautiful mosaic of marbling. It’s Japanese beef, cured in Spain and aged for 18 months in Leon. A journey that allows the flavours to mature and develop. With such a wide selection of beef on the menu it’s difficult to decide what to go for. I usually go heavier on the starters and follow with lighter mains. The bao buns, baby quesadillas and of course their famous croque Sando is a must. These are three starters they have perfected. The jasmine tea smoked veal in the bao buns is delicious - super soft and moreish. Lunch or dinner here isn’t complete without their fior di latte gelato - a velvety smooth textured gelato that hits much like Gaia’s frozen yogurt. Too good #notoriousfoodie 🙅🏽‍♂️
