When chef @tommymyllymaki of the excellent @airasthlm tells you that you ‘must’ go and try the pizza at @restobabette in Stockholm then you do just that. Honestly it was soooo good. I actually went back for another one later in the week. Sit at the bar, order the pizza with stracciatella, order the veal tartare with parmigiano and colatura, let them choose your wine and watch the chef preparing other people’s dishes that look so good that you have already decided what you will order on your next visit. Every chef I met later that week, when I told them where I’d eaten so far they were all ...”yeah Frantzén that’s nice, oh Babette... did you try the pizza?”
