Situated on the waters edge the architecture on the outside is impressive, but the dining room and large open kitchen is truly stunning. Chef Tommy Myllymäki and his team cook a gastronomic experience focusing on Nordic produce, using traditional cooking techniques but with the intention to always evolve and use flavour profiles from all around the world.
The service experience was fantastic and most dishes are brought to the table on trolleys and finished in front of you. Flawless cooking really and I think they will hit the ground running with two Michelin stars straight out of the gate when the guide is finally released in September I think, and a third will surely follow soon enough.
Definitely make it a priority when in Stockholm.
