And again! This time with pigeon fillet ‘mignon’ & anchovy Lopez that I showed you a couple of posts ago in that beautiful tin. Reminded me of a dish I had at Disfrutar last year where they marinated pigeon fillets also. A very different dish though.

A fantastic meal at the very under-the-radar Picones de Maria in Madrid. I urge you to visit this absolute gem next time you are in the city. Sensational produce expertly cooked.
