The next stop on our Best of Scandinavia tour was to Vyn by @danielberlinrestaurant , a couple of hours drive across to Sweden from Copenhagen. This was a sublime meal. Truly world class in every way. Me & Hayley visited earlier this year and loved it. I had also visited years ago to Daniel’s old location before he closed for several years. Now though, he and his team are firing on all cylinders and on another level completely. Our guests were all blown away and also enjoyed the rooms overnight and the breakfast the next day. Vyn will now have to feature on any future Scandinavia tours we do as it’s truly unmissable. It’s already booked for my next Scandinavia tour in March 2025. It should certainly be promoted to three Michelin stars very soon indeed.
