Our best of Scandinavia tour kicked off in style on Tuesday with a sublime meal at Denmark’s newest three Michelin star restaurant @restaurantjordnaer . Outstanding service as always in the PDR from Eric’s better half @tina_kragh and the team. @evjordnaer was absent but for a great reason as he was in Dubai to pick up his well deserved number 3 @thebestchefawards . Eric’s kitchen team did him proud and the food was as great as always. I can’t wait to bring another group here in March for my Best of the Best Scandinavia tour.
