A visit to the excellent @propagandacph in Copenhagen. The LA contingent amongst our tour group were craving some Korean food and you can’t go wrong here.
Propaganda is a Korean-inspired kitchen, cocktail and wine bar. You can expect noodles, preserved veggies and ferments like kimchi, founded on the principles of sustainability and organic products involving local Danish farmers. The food is served over the counter, accompanied by wine from winemakers that follow the same principles of transparency and love for the soil. The cocktails are inspired by the Korean-influenced kitchen.
