薬膳スープカレー・シャナイア/Yakuzen Soup Curry Shania
『薬膳スープカレー・シャナイア』を訪問。
看板をはじめ至る所に猫達がいて、まるでジブリの世界に放り込まれたような錯覚に陥ります。住宅街への配慮なのか整理券の仕組みを採用しているが、その待ち時間から人気っぷりが窺えます。
スープカレーには元々薬膳のエッセンスを感じますが、屋号含めてこれを敢えて全面に打ち出しております。シェフのキャリアはフレンチからスタートしているようですが、中華の薬膳レストランで働いた経験もあり、本格的な料理人が本格的に薬膳を学んだということか。
メニューは、メインの食材を選び、スープのベース、辛さ、トッピング、ご飯の種類と選ぶ。
僕はいつでも最もベーシックなものを選ぶので、注文したのは以下。皆様も、好みに作れるカレーのカスタマイズをぜひ楽しんでみてください。

第一印象は深みのあるスープ。生薬とオリジナルスパイスが作る薬膳感だけに止まらず、ただシャバシャバした感じではなく、コクがあるのが面白い。これが同時に満足感にも繋がっていきます。１０種以上にも及ぶ野菜も丁寧に調理が施されており、シェフの料理経験の豊富さが見えてくるよう。根菜やきのこも捨てがたいが、個人的にはオクラがお気に入り。熟成させたというチキンもほろほろで、全体との一体感を見せてくれます。
スープの薬膳だけではなく、たくさんの野菜やヘルシーなチキン、心の薬になる素敵な空間など、たくさんの癒しを提供してくれます。ご馳走様でした。

On the menu, you choose the main ingredients, the soup base, the spiciness, the toppings, and the type of rice. I always choose the most basic, so I ordered the following
Chicken and vegetable soup curry with original broth. The spiciness is medium hot and the carbohydrate is turmeric rice.
My first impression is a deep soup. It is interesting that it does not stop at just the medicinal feeling created by the herbal medicine and original spices, but has a richness to it, not just a shabby feeling.
More than 10 kinds of vegetables are also cooked, revealing the chef's rich culinary experience.
The chicken, which is said to have been aged, is also tender and shows a sense of unity with the whole dish. This restaurant offers not only medicinal herbs in soups, but also a lot of vegetables, healthy chicken, and a wonderful space that is a medicine for the soul, providing a lot of healing.
