あの有名アニメのパスタを再現！？

池尻大橋の路地裏にあるパスタ専門店『パスタ アルバ（Pasta Alba）』へ。

メニューは、オイル、トマト、クリーム、和風とバリエーションが豊か。メニューの数の多さはいわゆるハシヤ系を彷彿とさせますが、それとは全く異なるイタリアン由来のアプローチになっているようです。その中にあって、アルバオリジナルのパスタ、ディナー限定の「ミートボールスパゲティ」が人気。

そのネーミングやシルエットだけでピンとくる人はかなりの宮崎駿好きか、ルパン好き。実はこのパスタ、宮崎駿監督の映画「ルパン三世 カリオストロの城」に登場するパスタを再現したものなんだとか。トマトソースのパスタに、ごろっとしたミートボールが５つ。子供も大人もこのビジュアルにテンションが上がらない人はいないでしょう。

パスタは太めの生パスタで、もっちりとしたした食感が美味。ミートボールもしっかり肉が詰まっており、ジューシーで食べ応えが抜群。トマトソースにもニンニクがガツンと効いており、全ての角度で満足感を作っております。

Among the options, the original Pasta Alba creation, the "Meatball Spaghetti" available only for dinner, is particularly popular.

The naming and silhouette might resonate strongly with fans of Hayao Miyazaki or Lupin. Interestingly, this pasta is a recreation of the pasta featured in Miyazaki's film "Lupin III: The Castle of Cagliostro." It consists of tomato sauce pasta with five hearty meatballs. Whether a child or an adult, it's hard not to get excited about this visual.

The pasta itself is made with thick, fresh pasta, offering a delightful chewy texture. The meatballs are packed with flavorful meat, providing a juicy and satisfying bite. The tomato sauce is robust with a bold garlic kick, creating a satisfying experience from every angle.
