先日、感動しすぎてまたまた食べに来ちゃいました、カンジャンケジャン。
訪ねたのは新沙エリアに本店を構える『シンサコッゲダン』の支店。モダンなカフェテリアのような空間で、伝統的な韓国料理が出そうな雰囲気はない。いや、香りだけはごまかせないですね。店内にはカンジャンケジャンやカニ鍋の香りが充満しております。鍋や締めの麺の姿にもそそられますが、もはや絶賛はしご中のため、「カンジャンケジャン」と「カンジャンセウ」だけをいただきます。笑
カンジャンケジャンの卵はかなり濃厚な印象で、心なしか卵の黄色もよりビビッドに見えます。塩気の強さは否めないですが、やはりそこは白飯がしっかり対応してくれます。カンジャンケジャンって本当に美味しいなぁ。初体験のカンジャンセウはやはり塩気の強さに強烈。ちなみに、これは燻製香を纏ってましたが、これは珍しいアプローチなんだとか。
カンジャンケジャン、やっぱり癖になりそうです。ご馳走様でした。

The restaurant I visited was a branch of "Sinsa Kkotgedang," which has its main branch in the Sinsa area. The space is like a modern cafeteria and does not have the atmosphere of a traditional Korean restaurant. No, only the aroma can be deceiving. The restaurant is filled with the aroma of Kanjanggaejang and crab casserole. The sight of the hot pot and the noodles for the end of the meal also intrigues me, but since I am visiting several restaurants, I will only have the "kangjangkejang" and "kangjangseu". LOL!
The egg in the Kanjanggaejang looks quite rich, and the yellow color of the egg looks more vivid, if not mind-blowingly so. The salty taste is undeniable, but the white rice takes care of it well. I really enjoy Kanjanggaejang. The first experience of Kanjangseu is still very salty. By the way, it was covered with smoked flavor, which is a rare approach.
