フードコートに中に本格インド料理のお店！？

家族連れで賑わう成田のイオンモールへ。

その目的は買い物でも家族サービスでもありません。目指すはイオンモールのフードコート。実は、ここに食べログの百名店にも選出された本格インド料理の店があるんです。名前は『ハラール ドーサ ビリヤニ』、インド人たちがキッチンで躍動しており確かに本格感が漂っています。

ビリヤニセット、867円。

価格は完全にフードコート価格。しかも、ボリュームがしっかりなので余計に安く感じられます。ただし、料理のレベルは完全にフードコートレベルを凌駕します。バスマティライスはふわふわだし、オレンジや黄に色づいた米の彩りは、いかに丁寧に作られているかを証明しております。子供もたくさんいるフードコートとは思えぬスパイス感もまた本格的で、時々当たるホールスパイスが刺激を作っております。特にペーストの部分が濃厚で、コクとともに強烈なインパクトを残してくれます。チキンのゴロゴロ感にも大満足。

繰り返しになりますが、フードコートの中に、しかも、そのジャンルが本格的なインド料理の店というのが驚かされます。フードコートだからと侮ることなかれ。ご馳走様でした。

The price is completely food court priced. And the volume of food is so large that it seems even cheaper than it is. However, the level of food completely surpasses the food court level. The basmati rice is fluffy, and the coloring of the rice in orange and yellow proves how carefully it is made. The spice level is also authentic, not unlike a food court full of children, and the occasional hit of whole spices creates a stimulating effect. The paste is especially thick and leaves a strong impact along with the richness. The chicken is also very satisfying in its gorgousness.
