中毒者続出！？名物のにんにくサガリがやばい。

名古屋の人気焼肉店『勢太』を訪ねます。

名古屋の繁華街からは慣れた住宅街にポツンとありますが、店内の活気は繁華街のそれを超えております。店主は、同じく名古屋の焼肉の名店である馬力屋のご出身で、その遺伝子をきっちりと引き継いでおります。それが両店の名物である中毒者を生み続ける「にんにくサガリ」だ。もうその見た目から涎が出てしまうほど、サガリの上にはたっぷりのニンニクが盛り付けられます。あっさりめの部位のはずが、とんでもないパワーで口の中に飛び込んできます。これ、一生食べれるわぁ。笑

インパクトのあり過ぎる名物が目立ちますが、肉質へのこだわりも強いよう。外看板には「真剣に食べる程旨い　勢太の塩焼肉」なんて書かれますが、塩味がオススメなのは自信がある証拠です。厚みのある「タン」は下味もしっかりな上に、旨味の強いタン元を使っているそうで、十分な満足感。ジューシーかつ思わず笑みが出る柔らかさ。脂がたっぷりにつき、一度に２枚しか焼けない「塩ホルモン」も必食メニューの１つ。

締めには、やはり馬力屋の名物でもあるチャーハンが人気だが、冬季限定のタンライスも捨てがたい。タンシチューのご飯あり版と思ってもらえば大丈夫。確かに寒い季節に身体の温まる逸品でございます。

Visited the popular yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) restaurant "Seita” in Nagoya.

Despite being located in a quiet residential area, away from the bustling downtown, the atmosphere inside the restaurant surpasses that of the city center. The owner hails from another renowned Nagoya yakiniku establishment, "Barikiya," and has seamlessly inherited the culinary genes. The highlight at both places is the addictive "Garlic Sagari."

Although it's supposed to be a light cut of meat, the abundance of garlic piled on top delivers an unbelievable punch to the taste buds. I could eat this for a lifetime, seriously! 😄 The restaurant is known for its distinctive specialties, but there's also a strong emphasis on the quality of the meat. The outdoor sign proudly claims, "So delicious that you'll eat seriously - Seta's salt-grilled yakiniku." Recommending the salt flavor is a testament to their confidence.

The thick-cut "tongue" is well-seasoned and uses the flavorful base of the tongue, providing ample satisfaction. It's juicy and tender, prompting a smile without fail. The "Salt Hormone," which can only be grilled two pieces at a time due to its rich fat content, is another must-try menu item.

It's a masterpiece that I highly recommend trying.
