オーク/oak Bar飯、ミトミえもんは実はこれの研究家だ。 厨房の環境などはお世辞にも整っていると言い難いが、なぜかBarの飯は美味い。宮崎市の最大の歓楽街であるニシタチにも美味しいBar飯の店がございます。名前は『オーク』、天然木を使用したカウンターが作るオーセンティックな雰囲気と人柄の良いマスターが評判のお店。 Barとしては、宮崎のフルーツを使ったカクテルが人気。その中でも柑橘に強いイメージがあるが、宮崎県内でしか流通しないという、みかんのカクテルをいただきました。もはやアルコールをかき消してしまうほど、すっきりとした甘味の強さに特徴あり。これは美味。 そして、Bar飯。まずはメニューをご覧ください。パスタやカレーなど、Bar飯レベルでは充実度を誇ります。 今回は通年で人気が高いというミートソースをいただきます。昔懐かし洋食屋さんの味と紹介されますが、むしろ個性的。チーズとソースをパスタとしっかり絡めており、一体感の高いパスタになっております。宮崎は牛肉でも有名だが、これをふんだんに使ったミートソースで食べ応えが十分。 カレーからは「チキンたっぷりココナッツカレー」を。ココナッツとか使うBarもなかなかないでしょう。笑 こちらも同じく宮崎県が誇る日南鶏をふんだんに使ったもの、チキンの旨味とココナッツの風味がしっかり効いており、口当たりに軽さがあるのも嬉しいポイント。専門店顔負けの無化調カレーでございます。 間違いなく、Bar飯研究の１ページに入るお店。ご馳走様でした。

As a Bar, cocktails using Miyazaki fruits are popular. Among them, we had a mikan cocktail, which has a strong citrus image but is only distributed within Miyazaki Prefecture. It is characterized by a refreshing sweetness that no longer drowns out the alcohol. It was delicious.
And then, the bar food. First, let's take a look at the menu. It boasts a full range of pasta, curry, and other dishes at the bar food level. The seasonal Junovese is said to be the most popular, but unfortunately it was on the menu until last month.
This time, I'll have the meat sauce, which is said to be popular all year round. It is presented as an old-fashioned Western-style restaurant taste, but it is rather unique. The cheese and sauce are tightly intertwined with the pasta, creating a highly integrated pasta dish. Miyazaki is also famous for its beef, which is used abundantly in the meat sauce, making it a satisfying meal.
From the curry menu, "Chicken Coconut Curry" was served. You won't find many bars that use coconut. The flavor of the chicken and the coconut are well balanced, and the lightness to the palate is also a pleasant point.
Definitely a restaurant that will be on the first page of my Bar food research.
