Meet Alessio Rago, head chef of newly-opened Italian restaurant, Harry’s, in Darlinghurst. With a background in pizza making and hospitality, Alessio brings traditional Italian flavours to the menu, including fresh, hand-made pasta and unique tomato sauce. Partnering with restaurateur @giuls_kral the duo combines casual dining with fine food, creating new and exciting dishes, such as their popular Vodka pasta served with pancetta and flamed scallops. Alessio and Giulia share a love for recreating traditional Italian dishes with a twist, resulting in a content working environment and a popular dining spot for locals and visitors alike.
