Third visit but still love the concept of dark room and light room. The quality of food, drinks and wine is outstanding. I really understand why this is one of the hottest spots around the globe for dining. It is not easy to get a table but once you enter This amazing kitchen restaurant, you will enjoy a typical van South African atmosphere with outstanding food and wine which would easily survive in Europe with the same concept. One of the most interesting parts at this restaurant is that they not only serve different kind of wine pairings, they also serve an exceptional tea paring which I have not seen around the globe so far. Compared with all the juices, beer and nonalcoholic pairings you get in Europe it combines food and they’re really delicious dishes much more and you do not have the feeling that you have to Menüs at the same time.
