(Photos from former location in 2019) The tasting menu is a leisurely stroll through ten beautifully crafted dishes that showcase Natsuko's skills. While most restaurants change their menus monthly, Natsuko does that just 4 times a year. Staying with the same dishes over a longer period, she says, allows her to get to know them better and perfect them. We loved our meal - it was not only unique and creative, but absolutely delicious.

(Photos from former location in 2019) Été in Tokyo is an exclusive restaurant with only 1 table and 1 seating per day. It's by Chef Natsuko Shoji, who is famous for her beautiful and impressive cakes under the brand name Fleurs d’ été; you might have seen photos of the decadent creation of mangoes arranged into nine stunning roses. Été is the French word for summer, which is a reference to the Chef’s first name Natsuko (the Kanji characters that means “summer child“).
